Joel’s Bar turns into Joel’s Army

Joel 2 “Blow the trumpet in Zion, Consecrate a fast, Call a sacred assembly; Gather the people, Sanctify the congregation, Assemble the elders, Gather the children and nursing babes... Behold, I will send you grain and new wine and oil, And you will be satisfied by them... And the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil. "So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten... "And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions.

The Old Testament prophet Joel prophesies that in the last days God will pour His spirit upon all flesh. We have been in the last days since Jesus left this earth. Joel Talks about God blessing His people with new wine and oil. This is what I refer to as Joel’s Bar. The bible refers to the Holy Spirit as oil, water, wind, fire and new wine. At Joels Bar the drinks are free because they were already paid for on Calvary and you will not wake up with a hang over in the mourning, (Eph 5:18). This New Wine of the Holy Spirit is what is going to be poured out upon all flesh. However before this mighty global revival God warns that there is going to be a war and that we must call a solemn assembly for a mighty outpouring of Gods spirit in the earth. I believe we have experienced the refreshing and revival and God has yet to pour out a major global awakening. We have experience global refreshing through the Toronto Blessing and global revival through the Pensacola Outpouring we have as of yet seen the mighty army of God cross denominationally fully mobilized to bring in the end time harvest, (Matt 24:14; 28:19). The last move of God will be a saint led street revival as in the book of acts, (Acts 4:30-33). We have seen a restoration of the fivefold gift offices and the office of the intercessor we have as of yet to see the reality of Ephesians chapter four verses ten through sixteen were the fivefold mobilize the saints to unify across denominational lines to go out and win the lost when this happens we are poised for the greatest move of God of all times. We need new wine, new vision and new models to contain the new glory of God and to prepare us for this next phase. We have went from being outer court ministries into the holy place we have as of yet to move into the Holy of Holies a place of continued revival and harvest on a global proportion, “until the whole world know.” God said He would pour His spirit upon all flesh it is not a matter of if but of when and how. The word of God makes it clear when the pattern is set God will come down and set up shop in our midst. We have seen a peak behind the veil however we have not went into the Holy of Holies as of yet. God is preparing us, we must not abort the plan of God and return to our old patterns. We must get refreshed in the house of the Lord so that we can out into the streets in the power of the spirit and win the lost. If you need a refreshing this is for you. God wants to give you new wine and oil so that you can go. The anointing is for the poor, blind, lost, dumb, lonely and hurting. The anointing is for a purpose, the primary purpose of world evangelization.
