Taking only an anti-abortion stand is merely addressing the failure of responsibility, ex post facto, after the fact. By standing against extramarital sexual relationships, the problem itself is eliminated. Both parties to an out-of-wedlock pregnancy will ultimately have to answer to for their transgression, regardless of whether the child is living or not. The Right To life is one guaranteed in our Declaration of Independence, whether born or un-born. "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted," The Declaration of Independence. "Nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law," Amendment XIV U.S. Constitution. The pre-born child, whose life begins at conception, is a human being created in God’s image. It is the duty of all civil governments to protect innocent human life. We support legislation to prohibit all acts of abortion and infanticide. The concept of euthanasia is a dangerous move toward legalized termination of the non-productive, the unwanted, and the handicapped without their consent. We oppose laws that condone or legalize euthanasia or so-called "mercy killing."

Excellence
in education; Enforcing the right of parents to choose public schools,
private schools, or home schools; School choice vouchers; Local Control of Schools; Pro-Abstinence Sex Education Right of citizens to keep and bear arms as provided by the Bill of Rights. The right to bear arms, as guaranteed by the Second Amendment, is inherent in the right of self defense, defense of the family, and defense against tyranny. Existing laws placed against this fundamental right are unconstitutional and should be repealed. We support the constitutional right of law abiding citizens to own and use guns. We favor imposition of long term prison sentences for those convicted of using firearms to commit a crime. We support Capitol Punishment in the most aggravated of cases. Punishing criminals and defend victims' rights; Capital Punishment for the most aggravated of Criminal cases; Rehab for Drug Addicts, Jail time for Dealers. Protecting citizens from crime is a fundamental purpose of local government. We support capital and corporal punishment, restitution, and a judicial system that protects the rights of victims over the rights of criminals. We oppose any law that enables unconstitutional supervision of or collection of information on private citizens by government. Any effort to number and monitor citizens through a national I.D. system violates privacy and civil liberty. Election Reform - Universal Voter Registration, Election Day Holiday, Campaign to Educate the Public; Popular Vote Direct Democracy; National Non-Partisan Get Everybody Out And Vote Effort; Town Hall Meetings; Universal Ballot and Counting Methodology in Federal Elections; Full Access to Elections - Advertising, Equal TV Time and Debates for valid Third Party Candidates. Political debate, public policy, and legislation should be judged on its merits, not on the quid pro quo of political barter and money. Republicans and Democrats have created a two-party monopoly by enacting increasingly repressive laws that keep most independent and third-party candidates off the ballot in most states. Congress must enact a federal law to restore all legitimate political rights to all third-party and independent persons and groups. Control of the electoral process must be returned to local levels. The federal government has unconstitutionally preempted control over district boundaries, electoral procedures and campaign activities. We recognize the disadvantage to candidates and voters of the ever-increasing costs of political campaigns. We urge the Congress to adopt legislation which would: Require each television and radio station, as a condition of licensing, to make available to all candidates, on an equal basis, time to present their candidacies to the public; and Permit each candidate at least one postage-free mailing to the voters in the primary, and at least one in the general election; Strengthen and enforce the equal-time and fairness doctrines. Campaigns should include free and equal access to the media resources for all qualified candidates. TV and radio stations will allocate sufficient time for candidate forums which includes all qualified candidates, or presidential candidates that qualify for matching funds. We believe in majority rule and the use of instant run off voting in chief executive races (mayor, governor, president, etc.) where voters can rank their favorite candidates (1,2,3, etc.) to guarantee that the winner has majority support and that voters aren't relegated to choosing between the "lesser of two evils." We believe that a binding “None of the Above” option should be added to all ballots. The Electoral College is an 18th century anachronism. We call for a constitutional amendment abolishing the Electoral College and providing for the direct election of the president by direct democracy and Instant Runoff Voting. Replace the Electoral College process for electing the President with a direct vote from the citizens - so that every vote counts. Prohibit announcements of exit polls until all voting has been completed, set a universal poll closing time.
Campaign
Finance Reform Grassroots Democracy; Direct Action; Ballot Access; Ballot Initiatives; Initiative, Referendum and Recall. We must reform our electoral, lobbying and campaign practices to ensure that our elected officials owe their allegiance to the people whom they are elected to serve. We endorse and advocate citizen rights to Initiative, Referendum and Recall. We believe that these tools of democracy should not be for sale to the wealthy who pay for signatures to buy their way onto the ballot. Therefore we call for a certain percentage of signatures gathered to come from volunteer collectors. We shall seek to reform our electoral, lobbying and campaign practices to ensure that our elected government officials and our candidates owe their allegiance and remain accountable to the people whom they are elected to serve rather than other influence-seeking agencies. We will work to ban or greatly limit Political Action Committees and restrict soft money contributions. We support significant lobbying regulation, strict rules that disclose the extent of political lobbying via “gifts” and contributions. Broad-based reforms of government operations, with congressional reorganization and ethics laws, must be instituted. At every level of government, we support “Sunshine Laws” that open up the political system to access by ordinary citizens. We recognize individual empowerment, full citizen participation, and proportional representation as the foundation of an effective and pluralistic democracy. We encourage building conservative grassroots institutions that support participatory and direct democracy at the local level. Political reform goes beyond elected politics, ultimately residing in choices each of us makes in our own lives. We support citizen involvement at all levels of the decision-making process and hold that direct action can be an effective tool where peaceful democratic activism is appropriate. We support the right to non-violent direct action that supports our values. Government Reform & Modernization - Small/Smarter Government; Local Control; Restore State and Local Rights; Performance driven; Private Contracts. The Christian Reform Coalition proposes a comprehensive Political Reform Agenda calling for real reform, accountability, and responsiveness in government. We believe in multi-party democracy (for partisan elections) as the best way to guarantee majority rule, since more people will have representation at the table where policy is enacted. Legislative authority is properly vested in a congress elected by and accountable to the people. We call for the repeal of laws that delegate legislative authority to non-elected administrative agencies and commissions. We call for the abolition of congressional salaries and pensions and the restoration of per diem allowances. The Legislative Branch purpose is to make the laws, the Judicial Branch purpose is to enforce the law and the Executive Branch is to administrate the law. The Constitution grants all law-making authority to Congress. We therefore oppose the use of executive orders to make law. We call for the repeal of all executive orders affecting policy outside of the executive branch. We believe that it is fair and just to give the President the Line Item Veto, so that he can make it clear what and why he is vetoing and under what conditions he will except it. The Constitution is the foundational law of our federal republic. It defines the powers of government and protects the liberties of the people. We condemn all legislative, executive, and judicial actions that violate the Constitution and its original intent. The consolidation of power by our central government is constitutionally illegitimate. We will work to redistribute power in the manner intended by our founders.

The United States of America. We will protect it from violation by legislation,
by evasion or through judicial usurpation of those rights belonging to the
executive and legislative branches of government, to the states, and to the
people. Free and Balanced Trade. The Christian Reform Coalition believes in a Free and Balanced Tailored Trade program that promotes the economic interests and welfare of all our citizens while safeguarding domestic production. We support an economic policy of free trade with all foreign countries demonstrating a compassionate record on human rights. This would include a reasonable example of: living-wage laws, child-labor laws, and comparable work-week standards. The United States should not reward countries that promote the enslavement of their citizens. Tariffs and trade embargoes on goods and services can be imposed as incentive measures to promote the reform of those nations which violate such standards. Debt Forgiveness & Humanitarian Aid. The United States is currently the most wealthy nation on earth, and it behooves us to assist those impoverished, as well as those who live in developing countries. We therefore support the principle of debt cancellation every fifty years, for those underdeveloped countries which are unable to make payments, and who's overwhelming debt is crushing their economic viability. Likewise, we support humanitarian aid to people of need in foreign nations when the United States is capable of offering it without the use of force. Technological and industrial assistance should also be offered to those countries which use it responsibly. Business And Job Creation, Socially-Responsible Business; Value-Driven Business; Anti-Trust Regulation; Protection of consumers' rights in utility rates, insurance, health care, and housing; Current Living Wage; Protection of American jobs from unfair foreign competition. Create a trust worthy business environment that supports small business, economic growth, provision of a tax credit for businesses that provide health care for their employees and a climate of clean competition. Clean/Growth Environment Regulation; Energy Efficiency / Renewable Energy, Solar Power Stations, Alternative Energy Sources, Alternative Forms of Transportation, Clean Air, Consideration of human needs in environmental concerns. Since God has given man dominion over the earth, we believe that individuals and local and state governments should do all within their power to protect the environment and safeguard the air and water that we all must share. Remedies for pollution must be carefully crafted to avoid widespread unemployment and large increases in the price of economic necessities. As God’s appointed steward, humankind has the responsibility to care for the earth and to use its resources wisely. We support scientifically valid efforts to preserve the environment. We affirm the constitutional provisions that protect private property from being taken for public use or preservation without just compensation or due process of the law. We will protect the free-enterprise system by preventing both monopoly and excessive governmental regulation. We will seek to protect the consuming public from irresponsible and deceptive business practices. Anti-trust laws must be applied both to business and to labor. We will enforce laws against strikes by federal employees. We will protect the worker's right to join or not to join a union and to decide whether their union dues fund a presidential nominee they support or not. We will cease governmental interference in the collective bargaining process and in management's employment decisions. We must live in respectful harmony with nature and the environment. Suburban sprawl must be managed locally with a view toward the long term protection of our environment. Although there is a lot of talk about the environment, there is little in the way of true protection. We must act now to create new methods of clean transportation and factories that don't pollute before it is too late. We reject extremist views which assign equal value to people, animals, and trees. Nature is an important part to life and our existence and we must protect it however the right to human existence is premier being that we are the only sentient being, with emotions and a conscience. HealthCare and Welfare reform; Strengthen & Privatize Social Security; Patients Bill of Rights; Ability to Sue HMO's; Reduce the Welfare rolls and produce more self supportive people. We believe that Social Security must be securely protected from any spending other than Social Security. We believe that participants must be able to invest some of their Social Security in stocks, bonds and money market funds were the returns are much higher than two percent. We support heath care reform and a bi-partisan effort to pass a patients bill of rights with the ability to sue HMO's. We support Christian charity and family free-enterprise as the best means of reducing and preventing poverty. Responsibility for the care of the truly needy rests with individuals, churches and other private organizations. Homosexual Conduct and Special Rights: We do not condone the conduct or lifestyle of homosexuals nor do we hate the person who have chosen such a lifestyle. Whether biological or psychological it is clearly not the path that God or nature intends for any of us to follow. We must love one another however we can not allow such private behavior to be part of law or political debate. Harm against a homosexual is as sinful as is inaction which leads to further acceptance of the behavior. Special rights devalue the life of another. To harm a homosexual should be of no greater or lesser concern than harming anyone else and should carry no greater or lesser penalty under the law. The value of a person is not limited solely to their sexual orientation. Every crime is a hateful crime. Hate crimes laws are political folly who's aim is to gain support from a particular group. Hate crime laws are bogus laws since we already have laws on the books against the end result of any crime.
