In 1983 God raised up Carlos Annacondia, a businessman turned evangelist. Literally multitudes gathered together to hear him preach because his ministry was accompanied by signs and wonders, healings and deliverances. In mass crusades thousands of people have accepting Christ as their Lord and Savior. Churches have been growing massively as an influx of souls follows these revival crusades. In 1992, God brought a new level to the the revival through Claudio Freidzon, founder of a King of Kings church in Buenos Aires, that in four years has grown to over 6,000 people. Claudio became very busy in his ministry felt a intense desire to really come to know the Holy Spirit in a powerful way. During this time he started seeking an encounter with God, the Holy Spirit touched him in a powerful way through the ministry of Healing Evangelist Benny Hinn and his ministry changed dramatically. After this encounter with God a powerful anointing of the Holy Spirit started started manifesting in his meetings. People would become drunk in the Spirit and would be unable to stand up, people would laugh in the Spirit or be slain in the spirit. These services were very long (4-6 hours), and many miraculous healings would take place. Many pastors came to see and to receive the same anointing and take it back to their churches. In October of 1994 God used Sergio Scataglini to bring a new surge of spiritual power in Argentina after having and powerful encounter with God at the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, Florida. God used Sergio to impart a renewed hunger for God, a deeper emphasis on personal holiness, an increased desire for prayer, and powerful manifestations of the Holy Spirit.

It was January 20, 1994 a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit began in Toronto Airport Vineyard Fellowship. Seven years later the flame has become a raging fire of revival igniting hundreds of thousands of churches throughout the world including the pastoral team of the Brownsville Assembly of God in Pensacola, Florida, which has since become a major site of revival in the United States and the World.
